Some of the most common questions regarding ORION Architect
- What happens if I forget my username?
- If you forget your username, please email orionmessenger@crownsterling.io from the email that was used to create the account and we can look it up for you
- What happens if I forget my password?
- If you forget your password, click the 'Forgot password' option on the login page. This will prompt you to type in your 12 word recovery phrase and then your password will be revealed
- What if I don't have my 12 word recovery phrase?
- Per our Terms and Conditions, if you do not have your 12 word recovery phrase, you will be unable to retrieve your password or account. If this is the case, send us an email and we may be able to reset your account - this would result in the loss of all previous conversations (OA, DMs, and group chats)
- How do I get assistance if I am having an issue?
- Please send orionsupport a DM on the app for the quickest response. If you are having login issues, please email orionmessenger@crownsterling.io
- Why haven't my credits reset even though it says they will today?
- Subscription credits reset at the exact time you originally subscribed. If you purchased your subscription at 10am PST on June 1st, they will reset at 10am PST on July 1st
- Do credits rollover?
- Subscription credits do not roll over, they must be used in the billing cycle. Once that's over, they will reset
- Add on credits expire after 12 months and can only be used/purchased with an active subscription
- If I cancel my subscription today but it doesn't expire till tomorrow, can I still use it?
- Yes! Even if you cancel the day you purchase, you will be able to use it for the rest of your original billing cycle
- Example: Purchased a monthly subscription May 1st 2026 at 10am PST and cancelled on May 5th 2026, you will be able to use until June 1st 2026
- Example 2: Purchased a yearly subscription May 1st 2026 and cancelled May 5th 2026, you will be able to use until May 1st 2027
- Yes! Even if you cancel the day you purchase, you will be able to use it for the rest of your original billing cycle
- Do you offer refunds on unused time if I cancel my subscription?
- As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds of any kind including unused time for yearly subscriptions
