If you purchased your tokens directly through Crown Sterling, your tokens are subject to a lock-up. After the lock-up is over, your CSOV will automatically unlock and move to the Active Balance in your Wallet.
Please note:
1) You may need to refresh your app for the active balance to be updated.
*You can use 'command' and 'R' or 'control' and 'R' to refresh the App depending on if you have a Mac or Windows computer*
