If you're locked out of your account, follow these steps to reset your password.
- Open the Crown Sterling Wallet login page by clicking wallet.crownsterling.io.
- Click Forgot Password on the login screen.
- A pop-up will ask for your email address. Enter the email address used to create your wallet, and click Reset.
- Go to your email and look for the password reset email.
- Click the link in the email.
- The reset password page will appear. Type in your new password twice.
- Click Reset.
- Your password will reset and you will be asked to log into the wallet!
