# How do I reset my password?

## If you're locked out of your account, follow these steps to reset your password.

1. Open the Crown Sterling Wallet login page by clicking [wallet.crownsterling.io](http://wallet.crownsterling.io).
2. Click **Forgot Password** on the login screen.

3. A pop-up will ask for your email address. Enter the email address used to create your wallet, and click **Reset.**

4. Go to your email and look for the password reset email.
5. Click the **link** in the email.
6. The reset password page will appear. Type in your new password twice.

7. Click **Reset.**

8. Your password will reset and you will be asked to log into the wallet!
