How to Delete a Chat

Learn how to delete a group chat you created or a peer-to-peer chat.

This is the same process for desktop and mobile. 

1. Select the Peer-to-Peer or Group Chat you wish to delete. Please note, you can only delete group chats YOU created.
   1. To learn how to leave a group chat (that you didn't create), click here.
2. Once in the chat, click on the group name at the top of the chat with members count under it. 
   
   
   
3. Select Delete. 
   
4. You will be prompted with an "Are you sure?" message. Select Delete if you are sure you want to delete the group chat permanently.
