      How To Submit Feedback

      Learn how to send us feedback, report bugs, & make feature requests for ORION Messenger

      There are a couple ways to send us your feedback - in the app or by email.

      How to send feedback in the app:

      1. Click on your account image in the bottom left corner of the app for desktop, or bottom right for mobile.
      2. When the menu appears, select Feedback. 

      3. Complete the form and click Submit to send us your feedback.
         

      OR

      How to submit feedback in the app: 

       

      1. Add orionsupport as a contact and start a chat. 
      2. Send your feedback in the chat.
