How To Submit Feedback

Learn how to send us feedback, report bugs, & make feature requests for ORION Messenger

 

  1. Send a direct message to orionsupport and provide your feedback directly to us in the chat. See how to create a direct message here. 
  2. Click on your account image in the bottom left corner of the app for desktop, or bottom right for mobile.
    1. When the menu appears, select Feedback.
    2. Complete the form and click Submit to send us your feedback.
    3. Additionally, you can email us at orionsupport@crownsterling.io
