How To Turn Notifications On & Off

Learn how to manage notifications on desktop and mobile.

 

Prior to turning on notifications in the app, confirm you have permissions turned on for notifications in your browser.

For example: Google Chrome on a Mac

Desktop:

  1. Select the settings icon on the bottom left of your screen 






  2. Click preferences and turn notifications on or off.



  3. This is how the notifications will look



 

Mobile:

  1. Click your profile icon and select settings.



  2. Under preferences, turn notifications on or off.
  3. If prompted by your phone to allow notifications or not, choose Allow. Displaying Image_20250629_220226.png
  4. To choose what kind of notifications, go to your phone's notification settings.

  5. Once you're in your notifications settings, scroll down to ORION.
  6. Choose what kind of notifications, if any, you want on. 

 

Quick tip! If for some reason this isn't working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
