How to use ORION Meet
Learn how to use ORION's video call feature
- While in your chat, click on the telephone icon at the top right of the chat. This will begin the call. There can be up to 500 participants in a group call.
- Please note that only group owners and admins can initiate a call. This does not apply for peer to peer chats where either party can start a call.

- Once the call has started, others will be able to see that there is a call in progress.

- As a chat member, enter the chat and click on "Join Call" on the top right of the screen.
- Make sure you have granted permissions for audio and video in your browser's settings otherwise you may not be able to hear anything.

- Start chatting with other members on the call by clicking the chat bubble on the toolbar.

- You can also create a poll inside of the chat for other members to participate in.

- To end or leave the call, click the red telephone icon on the toolbar.

- To add End-to-End encryption to a group call, click the 3 dots to get to "More Actions".

- Then select "Security Options" and you will be able to turn on End-to-End Encryption.
- Please note that End-to-End Encryption on iOS phones does not work since they don't know how to decrypt.


- How do I flip my camera to not be in selfie mode?
- Click the 3 dots on the toolbar.
- Select "Toggle Camera"

- How do I change the audio settings?
- Click the 3 dots on the toolbar.
- Scroll down to Settings.

- Select Audio.

- From here, you can choose which microphone you would like to use. For example, if you wanted to connect to your car while taking a call.

- You can adjust the notifications you get while in the call under notifications settings.
- For example, if you don't want to hear the reaction sounds uncheck meeting reactions.
