Password Problem FAQs

Common problems that customers encounter with their password.

Why am I getting an error saying my 'Account Does Not Exist'?

If you received a message that no account was found when you attempted to login or reset your password, this means that Crown Sterling did not find an account to match the email address and password login credentials that you entered.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: Confirm your email address was entered correctly; Copy/paste it from another area you know it's typed out correctly; Try making the email all lowercase; Try resetting your password (see below) and see if you get an email to the correct email address.

How do I reset my Password?

For a walk through of how to reset your password, you can check out THIS article.

The reset-password link is valid for up to 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since you requested the password reset, request a new password reset.

If you have requested multiple password reset emails, only the most recent will be valid. Do not request a new password again. Wait until you receive all emails and click the link in the most recent email.

Didn't Receive Password Reset Email
