Learn how to mute a group or direct message
- While in the chat, click on the name of the user or group at the top of the screen.
- Select Mute.
- You will now see the megaphone icon with a line through it next to the chat.
- To unmute, follow the same steps and select Unmute.
- You can also right click (click and hold on mobile) to bring up the mute and unmute option.
