1. Can I change my username?
   1. During the beta there is no way to change your username. This feature will be available in the future. 
2. How do I reset my password?
   1. During the beta there is no way to reset/retrieve your password. Make sure to save it in a safe place. Password recovery is slated to launch in late 2024. 
3. What happens if I forget my login info?
   1. If you email orionmessenger@crownsterling.io, we can help.
4. Can I change my Group Chat name?
   1. At this time there is no way to change your group chat name. This feature is scheduled to be implemented in late 2024. 
5. Can I invite a friend?
   1. Absolutely! They can skip the waitlist when you send us their email either by direct message to @orionsupport, or email us at orionmessenger@crownsterling.io.
6. Can I login using multiple devices?
   1. Yes! You can login on your mobile and desktop devices at the same time. Click here to be directed to the login page, or use the link in your email invitation. 
7. Can I copy and paste images into the chat?
   1. No, you have to save the image and then upload with the paperclip icon. If on a desktop, it needs to be saved as a .png or .jpeg.
8. Is there a character limit on messages? 
   1. The limit is 4,000 bytes per message. Things like emojis take up more bytes than letters.
9. Is there a size limit for uploading videos?
   1. Yes, the current limit is 50MB.
10. Is there a version of ORION in Spanish?
    1. Not yet. You can use ORION in Google Chrome and have it translated. 
11. My app seems to not be working correctly - could it be a bug?
    1. A few troubleshooting tricks:
       1. Use the reload tool to refresh your app - located in the menu which can be found by clicking your profile picture at the bottom of the app.
       2. Uninstall the app, clear your browsing history, and reinstall the app.
       3. Do a hard refresh on your desktop 'shift+cmd+r' (Mac) or 'shift+alt+r' (PC).
       4. Clear your browsing data/cache.
       5. Clear the site data in the privacy settings of your browser.
       6. Check what operating system your device is on, it may need to be updated. ORION is optimized for the most recent software versions. 
12. How many characters can my group chat name be?
    1. A group chat name can be 3-40 characters long.
