Common problems that users encounter with their password.

Why am I getting an error saying my 'Incorrect Logins'?

If you received a message that your logins were incorrect when you attempted to login or reset your password, this means that Crown Sterling did not find an account to match the email address and password login credentials that you entered.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: Confirm your email address was entered correctly; Copy/paste it from another area you know it's typed out correctly; Try making the email all lowercase; Try resetting your password (see below) and see if you get an email to the correct email address.

How do I reset my Password?

The reset-password link is valid for up to 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since you requested the password reset, request a new password reset.

If you have requested multiple password reset emails, only the most recent will be valid. Do not request a new password again. Wait until you receive all emails and click the link in the most recent email.

Didn't Receive Password Reset Email 

If you didn’t receive the confirmation email to reset your password, please check your Spam folder and confirm that noreply@crownsterling.io is allowed for your inbox.

Some mail servers take longer than others to receive Crown Sterling’s password reset emails. If possible, wait a few minutes to see if you receive it.

If you still don't receive the password reset email, please reach out to Crown Sterling Customer Support for assistance.

Changing your Password

If you know your password, but need to change it, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your wallet.
  2. Click Settings in the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to Change Password.
  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password, then a second time to confirm.

Click Change Password - and that's it! Your new password will take effect immediately.
